Gather Requirements

Focus on understanding our client first, then building a solution second. In the first two phases, we leverage a series of workshops to elicit goals and define the system feature.

Plan, Design, Build, and Test

Approved features enter a backlog where they prioritized and planned. Additional requirement gathering sessions are scheduled to gather all of the detail needed to support design. Then a feature goes through Design & Review, Build & Review and Testing

Go Live

The solution is packaged up for internal end-to-end testing. The solution is delivered to the client for testing and approval. Training is conductedPreparation of the production environment
