Synaptic AP was named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. for the second year in a row. The Inc. 5000, deemed the most prestigious rankings list for small and medium-sized firms by many, has been recognizing top innovators and industry shakers since 2007. In years past, it has featured companies as prominent as Microsoft, Under Armour, and Zappos, to name a few.
Much has led to us landing on this year’s list. For starters, we’ve continued to establish ourselves as an elite Salesforce implementation and independent software vendor (ISV) partner. We’ve had some big wins in our professional services engagements that prove as much. Most recently, for example, we relaunched Salesforce for the Brookings Institution’s Metro Policy Program to help boost user adoption among a team of 40 people.
In the last twelve months, we’ve also further cemented ourselves as innovators of cloud-based enterprise applications on the Salesforce.com platform. YourekaTM, our Salesforce-native smart application for forms, assessments, inspections, and surveys, is being adopted by some of the biggest brands in the Salesforce portfolio. Momentum around the product continues to grow.
This year at Dreamforce, we’ll be showcasing a series of enhancements to the application, notably an integration with EinsteinTM AI for image classification and customer sentiment analysis.
Synapse, our care and population health management application, also continues to drive results for our healthcare customers. Payers and providers are reducing time spent on administrative tasks and gaining data-driven insights on patient populations.
In the last year, we’ve not only grown our customer base, but we’ve also augmented our marketing and strategic partnerships teams. We’ve made some great additions to our team, including a VP of Marketing and a VP of Strategic Partnerships, and we continue to see consistent growth across the board.
